Refund policy

Because a lot of time and love goes into each item, I kindly ask you not to return it just like that.
Maybe you could gift it if it doesn’t suit you?
If you still wish to return it, the following conditions apply:

– If you would like to return your purchase, you may send it back in exchange for a new item or a refund.
– You must notify me within 7 days of receipt by emailing hello@dingeltjeklatergoud.nl.
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original shipping date, and all shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
– Items with clear signs of use are not eligible for a refund.
– Personalised or custom made items cannot be returned.
– Exchanges or refunds are processed within 7 days after the items are received. You will be notified.
– Original shipping costs or return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
– The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged.
– dingeltje klatergoud reserves the right to refuse items that do not comply with this policy.

Liability

All jewellery is made with care and attention, but please note:
– I cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.
– Natural wear and tear is normal over time.
– I am not liable for damage caused by improper use.

Shipping

I do my best to prepare and ship your order within 2–5 business days.
Delivery time depends on the postal service and the destination.

If available, I will share a tracking number with you so you can follow your package.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, I can’t take responsibility for any delays or lost parcels – but of course, I will always do my best to help resolve the issue.

All orders are wrapped plastic-free as sustainability is very important to me.

Privacy

Your personal details are safe with me.
I only use them to process your order and will never share them with third parties.
Payments are processed securely through trusted providers, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Care & repairs

Each piece is lovingly handmade, but jewellery needs a little care:

– Avoid wearing it while swimming, showering, or spraying perfume.
– Store it in a dry place when not in use.

Should something break, please reach out! I may be able to repair it for you.
Depending on the situation, repair costs may apply. Please see Repair.

Custom & personalised orders

I love creating unique pieces!
Custom or personalised orders are possible – just get in touch with your ideas.
Because these are made especially for you, they can’t be returned.

Stock

I buy the beads from a Dutch bead shop, and they are produced and purchased in accordance with European regulations.

Some beads will not come back in stock, usually because the bead shop no longer supplies them. I indicate this with the item as sold out = gone!
